What are the laws in minnesota about driving classic cars and what classifys as a classic care?

1969 Chevy Caprice would that be a classic care

In Minnesota a car only has to be 20 years old to be a classic, as for getting collector plates i would say dont do it, you can only drive your car a spicific number of miles a year and im talking like under 1,000 or less. check up the laws online just google minnesota collector plates if you want the info.

Probably not – usually 50 years. Check with the licensing people, they are the ones that are going to provide the classic plates.
