One of the most effective things you can do to help maximize your weight loss efforts is to drink more water. Now typically I would say that you should be drinking pure water with nothing else in it, but I think you might even be better served by drinking tea and ice cold water throughout the day. The ice water will take care of the pure water requirement (and drinking ice water burns calories to boot) and by drinking tea you will also be getting good water into your system combined with antioxidents and other chemicals that will help you surpress your hunger (amongst many other safe weight loss benefits).
