I’m a busy professional who doesn’t have time to take care of the house; ie cut the grass, mow the lawn etc.
My car is for sale, no problems with it.

    I’ve bought about …
I’ve bought about 50 used cars in my life, most from private parties. When you go to look at the car, look at the guy’s house. If he keeps his house and yard real nice, he probably took care of the car. If he has a nice house, he isn’t trying to cheat you real bad, you know where he lives. Have the cash in your pocket. If he want’s $1200, pull out 11 hundred dollar bills, fan them, and ask “will you take 1100″? Don’t buy from a foreigner or transient, buy from a guy who owns his house.
